Understanding PVS

When setting up PVS generator under the Renewables tab IES asks for the following:
PV module nominal efficiency
Nominal Cell temperature (NOCT) (degreeC)
Reference irradiance for NOCT (W/m2): 1000 or 800
Temperature coefficient for module efficiency (1/K)
The manufacture provides
PV module efficiency at STC (1000 W/m2): 16%
3 different temperature coefficients
Voc -0.30%/C
lsc 0.04%/C
pmax -0.40%/C
Nominal Operating Cell temperature (NOCT) 45C
Going back to IES am I correct in assuming I set the reference irradiance to 1000 allowing me to use 16% as the module efficiency and the temp coefficient is pmax -0.4%/C i.e 0.004
Thanks
