Grouping of Room

I am unable to find the Group icon.
Is there any setting that I need to do in order for me to have the icon?

Everyone should have the Room Groups buttons (just above the room browser you have buttons to assign to room groups and also to edit room groups).
There is a toggle button on the main toolbar to show/hide the Rooms Browser and Applications/Navigator, check that you don't have the room browser hidden.
