Hello,
today I update IES-Ve to 2013 Feature Pack 1 and Sketchup 8 to built 8.0.16846. After updating I lost sketchup plugin for IES-VE.
I also tried to install VE-Ware 2013 but I can't because it writes that "There is a newer version of the software installed" How to solve that problem?I always use the plugin to make models.

Hi,
The update shouldn't remove your SketchUp plug-in installation but perhaps that's what happened (I'll go test that and liaise with our software deployment team for you). If it does get uninstalled then you can get the installer for it from our Knowledge Base at the link below:

note: VE-Ware is a different product. think of it as a VE light which has the plug-ins bundled, it can't be installed on a machine if you already have full VE applications installed which is what the message says
