how to create a 100% transparent window?

Hi, I am trying to model a 100% transparent window such that is can be treated as an internal space which will not play a part in the solar calculation in apachesim to determine the air temperature.

I am looking at modelling this 100% transparent window for both exterior windows and rooflight. Can anyone advise me on what are the inputs that I have to key in to form such a window?

The materials, emissivity, etc.
