For "Internal blinds used?" BRUKL says No

If you have included Internal Blinds but are using SBEM method for PartL2 in VE Compliance you will always see "No" for "Internal blinds used?" on the Criterion 3 table.

This is because SBEM method has no way of accurately modelling the effects of internal blinds. You will only get a “Yes” when using ApacheSim method.
