Hi,
We are working on a project where a university lecture theater is going to also be used for performances. Hence there is stage lighting going into the room.
Should this be included in a Part L calc?
My view is that the NCM modelling guide only mentions general and display lighting as features of the notional building.
Hence I think it should be excluded.
Does anyone know of any other document/source that supports or opposes this conclusion?
Thanks
Ross

Re: Include Stage Lighting for Compliance Model?
I'm not sure if I know of a document which spells it out but I'd agree that stage lighting should not be included.
Obviously the NCM guide only defines general and display lighting, therefore we have no way to include stage lighting even if we wanted to.
