IES-VE People to visit forum and answer questions

This would be nice. For those whose software it is to actually have a full time representative(s) who actually answers some of our questions in a timely(ish) fashion. But this request will be ignored just as the vast majority of threads are also ignored. They need to properly support their software via this forum.

This is a great idea - and I hope you find there is more participation from IES staff on the forums in 2014. It is our goal to be more active this coming year and expand the knowledge base that is accessible to all users.

Currently, our software is properly supported via the technical support team, accessed through the form on the website or by direct email.

It won't be an overnight change, but we do hear you and we are working on it!

Hi Bootsam,

As Megan has already stated - we're going to try and get more involved in the forums from now on so you should start to see more IES names popping on now and again.
