How to model surface & air temp in CFD

Hi everybody,
I have modelled a model and has done all the necessary including apachesim and boundary condition in marcoflo.
However when I try to import boundary condition in macroflo, whenever I check the box on opening flow, there is an unbalance flow. Hence I proceeded without the opening flow option. How will it affect my simulations if I am looking at the air temperature and surface temperature?
In addition, how should I go about doing finding the air temp of air which I modelled as "invisible room" at a height of 1.5m from my roof by using 100% windows and holes. I am also trying to find the surface temperature of my roof.
If I click the surface temperature at the top of the tool bar, does it shows both the air temperature or the surface temperature? Reason being is that I have a higher colour intensity of my air layer than my roof layer which might not be feasible. Greatly need and appreciate any help. thanks!
