Impact of surrounding buildings

Does IES consider the impact of surrounding buildings in terms of mutual shading and reflecting Short-wave radiation?
What about wind flow? Is wind going to be channelised through the canyons and streets and thereby affect any internal ventilation? I just heard from the TAS presentation yesterday that solar radiation and shading is automatically modified and it is also possible to get the wind effect in case of a group of buildings. However, TAS cannot modify air-temperature. I would like to know if IES is able to do these too.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards.
