"Ground Ambient not calculated"

Hi all,
I came across a problem using RadianceIES for Daylight simulations.
I need to calculate the Daylight factors on a working plane in 1 zone. As sky conditions, I use Standard CIE overcast sky in "Sky/Eye" tab. Then I run the simulation with "Illuminance - working plane" activated. Usually, when I do that, VE calculate ground ambient and then estimate the DF (based on ground ambient).
Except with this specific project, Ground ambient is not calculated so the DF option in the display mode is not available.
Any idea why this may occur?
Any help would be really appreciated.
