Install issue. 0x80091007 The hash value is not correct

A few users are having some issues when the VE 2015 Feature Pack 2 installer attempts to upgrade their Standard Data & Weather Files installation. They are presented with a "Setup Failed" error with the message
0x80091007 The hash value is not correct
This means that it was not able to download and apply the update for Standard Data & Weather Files (Shared Content). It is usually a result of a firewall preventing access.
To resolve, simply click the link below to manually download the update for Standard Data & Weather Files, and then run the installer to install. Once that is complete run the VE 2015 Feature Pack 2 Application installer.
