IES-VE User Forum

Hi,

I was quite happily running HF#1 and generating Radiance Renders until Friday PM. After installing HF#2 yesterday the most I get is a badly pixilated 12Kb GIF file that I can look for on the directory as IES simultaneously crashes out/finds a .

On returning to IES to select an image to view, add LUX contours etc again IEC crashes out.

I am only changing user settings on the Images and Sky/Eye tab to rum illuminance with overture.

Error Message is 'VE MFC Application has stopped working"

This is holding up two projects.

Sorry to see you are having problems. So we can look into this, create an archive of the project using File>Archive>Current Project and send it to the support team through the submit a query area on our website.
