Adjacent conditions for the slope

Hi!
I have a problem with the function "Edit multiple adjacency".
So my building is on the slope, where half of the ground floor is actually under ground. I created sloped shaped and assigned it as adjacent building. From what I got on the forum, than I went to the surface level of this adjacent shape and switched to the apache tab, so now the function "edit multiple adjacency". Following the logic I assign surfaces to ground floor with the temperature from profile - typical ground temperature. And at this point I have couple questions:
1. How can I do it to several surfaces at ones? My slope is complicated shape and has many surfaces (like 20) and the function not allowed me to highlight them together or at least I do it wrong.
2. After I assigned the temperature from profile following above described steps, I opened the adjacency function on the same surface again and the marks on the options showing that it has assigned typical ground temperature disappeared. So how would I check if it really assigned?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you!
