DHW and losses

Hi,
I am wondering why my BRUKL report doesn't show anything for the "Hot water storage loss factor [kWh/litre per day]" ?
I am new to using VE and it seems a little counter-intuitive that the DHW should be entered as a separate Apache system, when each heating system has a tab for entering DHW. In any case I have tried using both these methods and still the HW storage losses are blank on the BRUKL.
The DHW has an efficiency of 0.95 which shows on the BRUKL. I have entered a storage volume of 374 litres, factory insulated with 50mm insulation and no secondary circ added yet. Neither have I added any deadlegs in the zones yet.
When I enter hot water as a separate system am I supposed to select a NCM system type for it? If so which one, as none relate specifically to hot water. And if I am entering a new bogus heating system, then surely it would be neater to just include it on one of the existing systems?
I would appreciate it if someone can provide some clarity on this.
Judy
