Error during Launch VE
Error during Launch VE
After I select the location and identify rooms I want to launc VE bu the programme give an error. First error is "failed to write .RDB file" and the second error is "error writing the weather file - please edit the location data". I change the location and have tried many times but I allways get the same error. It happens for one sketchup model. I have other sketchup models bu they work properly. How can I fix this problem.

Hi,
Check where you have your SketchUp model saved, it could be that permissions properties of this folder are contributing to the error.
When you export using the IESVE plug-in for SketchUp the model is exported as a vexml saved in the same folder as the .skp file and then a VE project folder is created there too so where it is saved is important.
Try opening your .skp file and do a File >> Save As to a new folder on your C: Drive (give it a simple name too) and then identify rooms again to see if the error still occurs.
