External Analysis and Wind Direction

Hello.

I'm having some issues when running external airflow anaylsis on a building (actually, several buildings on a campus, individually).

When running the analysis with the default wind direction, 270 degrees, everything is fantastic, the results converge and the simulation runs on and on and on through 500 iterations (default) no issue.

When I change the wind direction based on my climate to something other than the four main cardinal directions , say 205 degrees, the simulation dies after ~ 40 iterations or so.

Any clue why this is? The building geometry is not complex and it's a very conceptual analysis thus far.
