Heating and Cooling Loads - Polytunnel

Has anyone got any experience of polytunnels?
Trying to size heating and cooling loads for a large polytunnel with a constant requirement for 25degC. Visqueen double skin Lumisol is the material but can't find any info on thermal or lighting properties. Any advice welcomed....
