Limitation of IESVE

Hey there,
I am student recently started using IESVE for my final year project. As part of my write up can someone tell me what are some of IESVE limitation or weakness. So far I can't figure out any big flaws because I just started using this software for the past few months.
The only limitation that I can come up with is in terms of user friendliness of the software. It is not very user friendly software.
I would really appreciate any help.
