Lighting Efficacy - Ceiling Roses

Hi,

I am working on some student accommodation and the contractor has specified ceiling roses for the bedrooms.

I was looking to input the lighting in lm/W for compliance.

I cant imagine anyone will be able to provide the LOR for whatever lamp shade they intend to use.

Is the only option to input the wattage of the bulb into IES?
