Control for nightcooling

ApacheLoads – Design heating/cooling loads calculations using ASHRAE Heat Balance Method.

Control for nightcooling

Hi

I'm trying to write a formular for controlling my nightcooling system in apache. I want the following:

The system is activated with maximum flow when ta is above 24 degrees.
The system keeps maximum flow until ta has reached 20 degrees.

So really, i'm asking if it is possible to create af formular in apache, that does what the ON/OFF with deadband function in apacheHVAC does?
