Attach MacroFlo Opening to Apache glazing construction.

It would be quite useful if a MacroFlo Opening Type could be attached as an option when creating glazing in Apache Constructions.

That is a good request and one we've seen before. It would take a little bit of effort to integrate the MacroFlo Opening Types and CDB but it's possible.
I'll bump it up our request list again.
