There are lots of options!
You can use an AHU with FC and just delete the FCUs. Start with a 9a or 9b and take out the FCU air flow loop & coils.
If your system isn't a DOAS, I'd suggest a 5a or 7a, depending on whether your system is DX or CHW. You can simply eliminate the reheat coil at the zone level in these systems.
