Would anyone knows how to model, in MicroFlo, a space which is directly inside the entrance of a building with air curtain blowing from the top of the entrance? In other words, can I have an external wind scenario in MicroFlo but with additional inlet blowing air into the fluid domain?

You cannot add any boundary condition other than the wind parameters in the external simulation.
