Error when loading results for Solar Analysis

Hi,
I try to run a solar energy analysis in suncast for use in apache.
When I try to load the results an error pops up "Failed to load results. The cab file may be corrupt, invalid or missing. Cannot continue."
I tried this several times now but its always the same. Yesterday it seemed to work and I did the apache analysis (with suncast link) but when I look at the results in vista it says that solar gain is zero for all rooms..

Could someone please help me there?

I know this is an old one and hope not many more have encountered this error. It should be a lot more stable now but one outstanding issue here is when the model has rooms on an inactive layer the results loading could fail.

As a general note for others if the load fails then try the other method (there is simple and advanced modes to choose from) and it might work for you
