BRUKL PDF is open in another application error?

BRUKL PDF is open in another application error?

1. draw prism
2. click ve compliance
3. save
4. change drop down to building type a1a2 retail or office
5. change drop down to apache sim - SBEM
6. click CO2 emissions part L compliance

then it says about BRUKL PDF, I've set adobe acrobat as default PDF and updated it

Any ideas?
