License Key Not Working!

I am unable to activate my software. I am getting an error message yet I have an activation Key. What might be the problem?


I want to do a Suncast simualtion to generate potiental shadow patterns of the building at June 21st and December 21st at 11.00 and 15.00 hour.

I'm sure you will face many more challenges in your project beyond activating the licence but let's resolve this one first...

If Help > Activate Software hasn't worked then the keys request email should also give you instructions to click the hyperlink and download the keys.txt file. Try this and save it to your local keys folder (typically this is at C:\ProgramData\ies\apps\Keys but you can confirm via Help >> Troubleshooting).

If it still doesn't work then please click on Help >> Troubleshooting >> Full Report and reply to the keys email you were sent. Provide details fo the error you face and also attach the system report and our team will be able to help you

Thanks PCully. I also had the same problem of key not working. I was looking for this answers. Thanks for your answer. It worked for me.
