We are a Building Services Consultancy based in Kilkenny, Ireland with projects throughout Ireland, UK and Middle East. We are looking for an IES Operator due to increased workload.


Description
Building Services Engineer / IES Sustainability Engineer specialist. We are looking to recruit a ideally a Degree qualified Building Services Engineer with a Minimum of 4 to 5 year’s experience as an IES Sustainability specialist with a good knowledge of the following: Dynamic Simulation, CIBSE / ASHRAE Plant Loads, Environmental Assessment Methods (BREEAM & LEED), Part L Legislation, Building Energy Ratings, DEC’s, Building Performance Simulation and trained in the following IES modules: Model IT, Suncast, Apache, Macro Flo, Flucs DL, Radiance and VE Compliance. To work with a fast passed busy Building Services Consulting Engineers.
