ERROR: Error encountered reading building model

I am trying a test run of my T24 compliance medel and when I try to Simulate, I get an error: "ERROR: Error encountered reading building model" the context from the log is the following.

2014-Nov-10 12:47:35 - project component references: 34 not found.
2014-Nov-10 12:47:35 - 'Un-Insulated Solid-Ground Floor' (34 times)
2014-Nov-10 12:47:35 - ERROR: Error encountered reading building model (project) file:

I have already changed my exposed ground floor construction once, but it still seems to be a problem.
