Ruleset as notinput should not be user-specified

I get the following errors when trying to run a TItle 24 simulation.

2014-Nov-11 09:40:33 - Error: Data classified by the compliance ruleset as NotInput should not be user-specified: Project '1036 Mission': Proj:ExcptCondFanPress.
2014-Nov-11 09:40:33 - Error: Data classified by the compliance ruleset as NotInput should not be user-specified: Project '1036 Mission': Proj:ExcptCondWCC.

Marshall,

These errors are likely caused by having CBECC-COM v3 installed on your machine. Though v3 is released, the VE module is still using v2b. An updated version of the software that uses the v3 engine is expected within the next few weeks. In the meantime, install v2b and this error should go away.

Marshall,
VE 2014 Feature pack 2 is now released, and this is compatible with CBECC-COM v3. Also, v2b has been decertified.
This release has been validated successfully by the CEC, and we are just waiting for an official letter before making our own full announcement (very soon).
