Room height

Hi guys,

I am currently constructing a 3D model and I have a question with respect to the height of the floor. When modelling do we take floor to floor distance as the height of the building or do we assume the height as floor to false ceiling distance. if someone has any idea on how to proceed please do let me know such that the cooling load and heating load is as realistic as possible.
