HVAC different from vista

Hi everyone!

I have a question: I´m doing a simple exercise and in the HVAC, I put all the heating coils as electric but 1 for an experimentation. I put that one as a boiler (89% eff) and then I ran the simulation in AHSRAE loads. The problem is that I can see in vista, that specific (heating) coil adds 11.58 (TOTAL or sensible (lat=0)) kW to the experimental space and in the HVAC file (viewing the autosize) it shows 7.9 kW. All other parameters of the boiler are set not to have any additional losses and the oversizing is 1.

Why are these values different?
