System air supply

Hi,

To let us try to help here can you provide a little more info

- what version of <VE> are you using (version 5.9 or 6)?
- are you looking at the Loads Report (which section) or variables in Vista (which variables)?
- did you run the Loads calc from the VE-Toolkits, Navigator or Apache in VE-Pro

sorry I didn't respond to this at the time.

I have checked ASHRAE Loads results for test models I created in <VE> 5.9.2 and 6.0.3 and Vista gave a value for System Air Supply as expected in each version.

All I can suggest is to check the Thermal template assigned to the room you are looking at and ensure there is a Flow rate and Variation profile applied in the System outside air supply section of the system tab.
