Water Cooled VRV and Water Cooled Package

I have a request from my client. Comparison of annual energy consumption of building, for 5 alternatives: Water Cooled Chiller, Air Cooled Chiller, VRV, Water Cooled VRV (include cooling tower, condensing unit and indoor unit), Water Cooled Package (include cooling tower, and indoor unit). Three systems first, I can find the guide in the ApacheHVAC user guide. However, Water Cooled VRV system and Water Cooled Package, I can not find them. Wondering, software can do them? and how to set up them in the ApacheHVAC module?
