Hi ya,

Now i am about to Model a mixed use project which consists of School (north side block) and residential flats (south side block). Apparently I am intended to get the EPC & Part L 2A compliance results for school building and Part L 1 complaisance for apartment. Both north and south blocks are with in a single plan drawings for each floor and below table like i showed below. To be honest I never come across such a 2 different purpose buildings with in a single development.

My query is

Do i have to model the 2 purpose buildings separately (but both block are located in single plan drawings with in development) either way do i have to model the whole building with in single (.mit) model. By chance if i model the whole development in single (.mit) model file can i get the Part L2 compliance & EPC for school as well as Part L 1 compliance (SAP calculations) for residential flats separately from same model.

Does any one come across such a mixed use projects please drop your ideas.

GroundFlr School (southblock) Flats (Northblock)

Pretty simple man... just don't include the L1 zones in the L2 calc and vica-verca.
