Fan coil systems

I'm trying to simulate the energy systems of my hotel. This hotel has 25 solar panels for provide hot water to the hotel, the periods that the solar panels are no capable of provide all the hot water, a Biomass boiler starts to work as a support element. The rooms air conditioning is done by a heat pump (air-to-water) that feeds 70 fans, one by each room.
So, I've started to put all the data in "Thermal Conditions --system"
As a main system I have chosen "Fan coils system"
My question is: When you have to set the "system adjustment", and you have to indicate the fan power, if i have 70 fans, one by each room , I have to put the power of one fan or the power of the 70 fans?
And where can I indicate that I have a biomass boiler for supply the hot water of the hotel?
