Error: Material SCP Not found

Hi all,
I had to uninstall and re-install the programme on my pc and now when I go into my project, which was fully modelled and working prior to re-installation, and try to run my CIBSE Loads the following error message appears "Error: Material SCP Not found" I have not been using IES for that long and I am still finding my way around the programme. Does anyone know what this error is and how I can get round it?
