IES-VE User Forum

I am just getting my feet wet with IES VE. I am wondering if there is a setting for window setback (setback from the face of the exterior wall). With DOE2, the window setback is used to calculate shading.

I assume this is for energy analysis. If you have a look at the Constructions Database >> Edit Glzing interface then you will find options for including Local shading such as recess or projections to include for these effects.
