"An error occurred while running SunCast (33-126)"

My suncast always fails to complete the sun cast analysis stating this error message:
"An error occurred while running SunCast (33-126)"
I realized it is not model-dependant and is happening with all of my models.
Kindly advise.

I think it will be a firewall issue. Are you getting any messages from Windows Firewall? If so then it is trying to block it from running. Otherwise it may be getting blocked by anti-virus software. The program is Suncast32.exe so you can try adding this to your safe program list.

I am having the same issue. I have checked both the windows firewall and my antivirus and IES programs are allowed in both. However, my software is called SunCalc32 not Suncast32?

Hi,
When faster calcs are on it is suncalc32.exe that's right. If this error has occurred when running wiht the faster calcs then something must be interfering with it.
Would be interested to know the version of MS-MPI you have and what kind of system you are running on, any unusual circumstances. Check as well where you have your project saved, it should be on your local machine
