Mixed Natural and Mechanical Ventilation

Hello

I am using large fans to push air out of a car park into louvered openings on the side of the carpark. I am assuming there is no wind resistance for the initial model, so there should not be an extract or supply for the boundaries. But I'm not sure what to use instead?

Has anyone come across this before? I think its very similar to another topic "Import opening flows" But it does not really explain conditions for no wind resistance.
