The chillers input tab lists CndsrPwrRtd in units of kwh. This input is not documented as far as I can tell in the 2014 T24 PDF and does not have a corresponding input in CBECC-Com. So what is this meant to be and are the units of energy for what appears to be labeled as a power input correct?

This field was present in CBECC-Com v2, to represent Rated Condenser Power. You are quite correct that it is no longer present and we'll therefore remove it for the v3c release.
