Chilled ceiling water heat exchanger

Hi,

Could I know how to add a water to water heat exchanger in ApacheHVAC chilled water loop?
My chiller provideS chilled water 6.7 to 12.2 degree C, exchange heat with cold water loop for my chilled ceiling (16 to 19 degree C).
I failed to add this water to water heat exchanger in the chilled water loop which is set as the cooling source for my chilled ceiling component.
