Breakdown in Chillers Load in Vista

Hi.

I have a number of rooms with cooling and AUX vent with a chillers load.

when i divide this chillers load i get a kW/m2

But when looking at room level for all room the breakdown of the internal gains etc do not add up to the chillers load. Its around 3 times short.

can anyone explain why this is happening please.

I would ideally like to see all loads at room level so i can demonstrate to the client the individual load breakdown of overall the chillers load so we can look a ways to reduce the overall chillers load per room.
