Stays open after aborting the CBECC-Com sim soon after starting it. Also stays open/running even after using End Task for VE.

It would be nice to have a feature to only produce the XML file from VE and not have to run CBECC-Com.

The v3c CBECC API has provided a cleaner abort mechanism, and there is a possibility that we will incorporate this into our next release.
