IES-VE User Forum

Hello
Recently, each time i lunch IES VE i get this message :"Attempted an Unsupported Operation"
when press ok the software starts, but whenever i open the building template manager i cannot access the templates, the building tempelate manager looks blank with no option of adding new construction or thermal templates.
Is there anything wrong with the licence? i still have 78Days till it expires.

I wonder if the licence has been activated correctly. To check this - do you see the applications available for selection down left hand side of the screen?

Any chance you could show a screenshot of the errors?
