Use of Blinds within DSM for Part L2

Hi

I have noticed that in one of my models there is a a large reduction in the cooling load when blinds are added into a window construction, but then there is a noticeable increase in the heating load.

Is there a way of setting the blinds to be closed in the cooling season so that it reduced the cooling load, but to be open during the heating season so decrease the heating load?

Yes, you can create an annual profile instead of a weekly. That gives you the ability to have some variation over the year.
