Hello,

I am sending here as I have some technical problem with my IES-VE. I would like to inform you that few months ago I had installed the IES-VE in a laptop that is now crushed so I cannot deactivate the previous IES licence key. I installed the IES in a my new laptop, I also activated it however, I cannot run the Apache. Some messages such as the followings are appeared:
"error: opening file- (creating temporary output files (INJOBF)"
"A Fatal error has occurred and the program is now terminating. For clarification and further help please contact IES Ltd. "
"software- detected error"
"would you like a stack dump"
Please see the attachments.

Please can you give me any advise please?
I need to use the software the soonest possible so your input and guidance will be greatly appreciated and I await a response at your earliest convenience.

Thanks,
Chryso

Hi,

I think this was resolved on another post by running as administrator?

If that is the solution then I would certainly ask your network IT Administrator to take a look at your account settings as it shouldn't be necessary to run VE as administrator. Maybe check with them if Apache.exe is being prevented from running properly as occasionally it can be flagged by antivirus so doesn't run correctly when called by VE.
