Is it possible to model a SHGC of 1?

I'm currently working on a model where I need to create an extremely inefficient glazing type (U-0.8 SHGC-1).

I've been adjusting parameters and the closest I can get the SHGC to 1 is 0.9.

This has left me with the question - Is it possible to model a SHGC of 1 or is .9 about as close as I can get?

Thanks for your help!

You can indeed get an SHGC of 1.

If you look in the system constructions database, one of the glazing options is called "Clear element" which is basically as close to an open hole as you can get. I'd suggest you copy that to your project and then edit it to get to what you need.
