requesting key for 2nd time(windows crashed)

requesting key for 2nd time(windows crashed)
I bought the student license and requested the key after installing the program on my PC. However my PC was corrupted, crashed, and the windows had to be reinstalled fresh. I received my key the next day after reinstalling windows however it will not work with the IES installation on the reinstalled windows. So that key is not activated. I was wondering if there's any problem with requesting a key license more than once? I'm guessing my initial key wont work because each instillation has a individual pin. Is it possible to request a activation key for the instillation i did after reinstalling windows.

Hi,
There should not be any issues with requesting license keys more than once. Your licensing is tied to the PIN number that is generated when you install the VE. If certain things in your installation change, this will effect your PIN and the licenses will become invalidated.
I suggest you contact keys@iesve.com. You may also wish to send another keys request from the VE. You can do this via Help >>> Request License Keys or via the IES User Information screen.
