Radiance not running - undefined modifier "SPHL0001"

I cannot get Radiance to run any simulation (images, Dynamic simulation). The error (popping at the bottom of the screen) is:

There is no data generated for the 10K CIE Overcast Sky simulation. The simulation has been stopped. Check the Radiance.log file.
In the file, it says:

NOTE: I have already tried to make the path as short & simple as possible, but no success

I think I got similar issues with RadianceIES as I cannot do any daylight simulation at all. Have your issues got solved?
