Unmet Load Hours in Baseline Model

Hello,
I am working on my first IESVE energy model for LEED credits. I am currently getting a huge number of unmet load hours (1710 heating and 2165 cooling) in the baseline model of the office area of our building. I am using the default SYS_Cooling Setpoint and SYS_Heating Setpoint that varies the temperatures between 75F and 80F for cooling and 60F and 69F for heating. I have adjusted the profiles in APpro and have assigned the correct profiles in Apache HVAC as well. I am using the system 6a prototype.
My question is what do I do to correct this issue? For the baseline model I thought all I needed to do was pick the baseline system, set the system setpoints, and let it run. I have been looking through the following guide for help, but I haven't had any luck diagnosing the problem. Any advice?
